The last week! I practiced and filmed more. My father got me new arrows and safe to say I may have damaged most of them and definitely lost one of them but it's okay because I decided last minute to film and got my shots recorded with the help of my little sister. So not bad of a day nor week.
I'm currently in the process of editing my final video and for some reason it's not going the way I want it to. It's alright though, I can manage. All I need is luck and strategy. This has been a stressful yet fun project. It helped me open up and learn new skills. And I may have found a sport that I'll stick to for a long time!

I'm currently editing the video I want to show for the presentation. I'm gonna have to take more photos and film more videos in order to finish it. I haven't had the chance to do so, however. I hope I will asap though. Wish me luck and I wish you luck for yours.
I've thought about it a few nights ago and I've decided that the video will contain my progress all throughout the whole 12 weeks (which is not much since I just started filming stuff on week 9 but still !) it's definitely better than nothing even though I know it'll impact my grade. But anyway, I'm going to film and take more photos for the final video. Stay tuned !
Great news, I finally managed to film and take photos of my improvements! It was a day I won't forget. My father and I bonded over things we're interested in and he also gave me lessons about them. He taught me the basics and came to the conclusion that all I need to work on is my strength, stance and aim. I haven't edited the video yet though. I did it for week 9 so I'll post it here once I get it done.
Then, I'll film more during week 10 and the next! Things are finally going smoothly, I hope it'll continue all throughout the time period for this project. It's already week 8 and I thought I would get stuff done by then. I don't think I have to worry a lot about it because all I need to work on, if I'm using the crossbow, is my aim and strength. There are a lot of days off for week 9 so I hope I'll get to it then.
Still no photos nor videos. This definitely has been one of the hardest things I've had to deal with so far.
I did just a bit of practice during the weekend with the bow however I wasn't able to get it on film and I'm not ready to shoot arrows yet. Reason why I haven't improved yet ? I have a compound bow. And as a weakling, I can't pull the string as it feels like I'm pulling 85 pounds.
So I have come to the decision to not use the compound bow anymore considering that I'm running out of time to build strength. However, that doesn't mean I'm gonna give this project up. My dad has a crossbow and I know for a fact I don't need to use sheer force in order to pull a string. I think things are looking up for me in terms of this project, I'm genuinely looking forward to making improvements now. So this week was a roller coaster. A lot happened during the weekend that I couldn't focus on my project at all. But believe me when I say I still had it in a file cabinet back there somewhere in my brain. I was and I still am worried for this project but I can't help but worry more about my mental health.
This definitely has me stressed out but I think I'll be able to get the hang of it. I'm just now realizing that not only do I not have the certain time to film but I also feel intimidated (?) of the fact that I haven't gotten anything on film yet and I don't know how to begin it. Like Mr.Barker said, the reason you haven't started AoW yet is because of the "intimidation of the blank page". So basically, my project is a blank page, excluding the website and weekly journals of course... I'll hopefully, HOPEFULLY, be able to start filming though. Please be a good weekend for me.
